Vineyards:

Olive Groves:

Terraced olive groves extend across the Gabelli mountain, covering approximately 20 hectares. They include centuries-old olive trees and carob trees regularly harvested to produce extra virgin olive oil.

Livestock:

A small herd of Dexter cattle has recently been introduced, and a perimeter wall has been installed to separate the vineyard, olive grove, and hunting reserve.

Hunting Reserve:

The remaining land, with an area of 40 hectares, is a private hunting reserve extending through the mountain, featuring pines and oaks, hosting wild goats, poultry, hares, and rabbits.

Water:

The estate has two deep wells drilled with licenses providing sufficient water for the hotel and vineyard, with permits for additional drilling. Additionally, there is a reservoir with a capacity of 650,000 liters of drinking water and an ancient network of wells dating back 100 years, fed by natural springs still in operation.
