On the hills of the Tuscan countryside, in the province of Arezzo, a beautiful 85-hectare estate with three hamlets used as Agritourism, resort, Chianti vineyard and olive grove.

The estate is in excellent condition. The hamlet A, in particular, has been carefully renovated and restored and boasts all the typical traits of Tuscan rural buildings: wooden beams, terracotta floors, stone walls, stone fireplaces, arches and wooden fixtures.

The most interesting section of the estate is without a doubt the vineyard (12.5 ha), 50% of which is registered as Chianti. The estate doesn’t produce wine on its own but relies on an external cellar for processing grapes (based on the value imposed by the guidelines, the estate could produce up to 80,000 bottles of wine per year).
