Cooper Vineyards is located between the historic city of Charlottesville and quaint town of Louisa. It is nestled into the rolling hills of a traditional farming community.
This property has a total of over 100 acres, but 22 acres are what currently make up the vineyard. The varietals planted are as follows:

The 15 acres of mature vines are producing between 4-5 tons/acre, this equals out to somewhere between 5,400 and 6,000 cases of wine per year. With the additional 7 acres there is potential for that number of cases to grow significantly.
The tasting room & winery consist of a new facility that is inclusive of a 35 foot long curved custom concrete tasting bar, as well as a fireplace and large covered deck. From the deck you can enjoy absolutely beautiful views of the existing vineyards and pond. There is a tented 40×60 event pad perfect for wedding season! In addition, there is a private tasting room and deck for private parties that can accommodate up to 25 guests.
Cooper Vineyards is a charter member of the Heart of Virginia Wine Trail, and also has a loyal customer base and quarterly wine club.
